What it prepares you for

This course prepares students to pass the Certified Data Protection Officer exam, offering training that meets the provisions of the Certification SCHEME approved by ENAC – AEPD. In turn, by completing this course, students will acquire the skills that will allow them to develop their career as a DPO applying legislation on privacy and data protection in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 679/2016. You will obtain the professional qualification and knowledge required to practice the profession of Data Protection Officer, and if you wish, opt for Certification as a DPO.

Double Qualification: - University Qualification of Higher University Course in Data Protection Officer. Data Protection Officer (DPO) with 200 hours and 8 ECTS credits from the Catholic University of Murcia - Accreditation degree (180 hours) in accordance with the AEPD - ENAC Certification Scheme, as the minimum recognized training for access to the official DPO/DPD certification exam. Qualification issued by the European Institute of Tax Advisory (INEAF). The Data Protection Officer (DPO) training program is recognized by ANF Certification Entity Accreditation No. 23/C-PE031 by complying with the requirements established by the AEPD-DPD Scheme v.1.4. After passing the final exam of the course, the training certificate issued by INEAF enables students to take the DPD certification exam called by any certifying entity duly accredited by ENAC and obtain the Professional Certification as a Data Protection Officer.
