- Identify the techniques and tools to guarantee customer access and information integrity, and manage the security of ERP, CRM and data warehouse systems, following established technical specifications - Identify the functionality and configuration parameters and install the ERP system for subsequent exploitation, following implementation models and using installation and configuration manuals. - Distinguish the general functions and characteristics of ERP systems to decide the options that arise during their installation, using schemes and diagrams. - Distinguish the access services for clients and their configuration parameters, for connecting users to the ERP system. - Specify the functionality and configuration parameters and install the CRM system for subsequent exploitation, following implementation models and using installation and configuration manuals. - Identify the different components and modules of a CRM system (mobility and call center, among others) to add the different functionalities to it, defining different types of implementation.
