The Postpartum Training Course will allow you to perform functions as a personal and group trainer for this type of population, sports therapist or functional training specialist, monitor duties in Pilates and pelvic floor, as well as strengthen yourself as a specialist in obstetric medicine, as well as nurses or specialists in this sector.

This Course will prepare those who take it to encompass and understand that exercise for pregnant women is part of special populations, since it is necessary to make adaptations and safety considerations when prescribing exercise and its performance.
