The primary objective of this course is to provide a broad vision of the nature of human nutrition, demystifying those conceptions of dietetics that consider it as a simple dietary regimen. Likewise, necessary and updated knowledge is offered on dietetics and nutrition, preparation of meal plans, nutritional education, nutrition at different stages of life, and eating disorders.

Aimed at university graduates in the health field interested in directing their professional career towards the development of one of the professions with the most future: Dietitian and Nutritionist. In general, to all those people interested in training in the field of dietetics and nutrition.
