- Prospect the real estate market, applying prospecting and search techniques established by the organization, to obtain information on the portfolio of properties to be marketed. - Contact the owners of the prospective properties, applying the established protocol and arguments, to arrange a visit to the property. - Conduct the interview with the owner, or authorized representative, applying recruitment techniques according to the conditions established by the organization, to obtain the intermediation assignment and information on the prospective property. - Obtain the mediation assignment by applying negotiation techniques, within the limit of their responsibility and in accordance with the organization's criteria, respecting the regulations and code of ethics of the sector. - Ensure the quality of the intermediation assignment by adjusting, where appropriate, its conditions to increase the probability of success of the operation or the recapture of the property.
