- Establish criteria for the organization and supervision of the production operations of sterilized substrates based on the previously prepared programming and the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Establish criteria for the organization and supervision of the processes necessary for sowing and incubating inoculum based on the previously prepared programming and the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Develop a program for sowing mycelium and incubating the substrate in different types of containers, specifying the key aspects of its organization and supervision. - Develop a monitoring and control program for saprophytic mushroom production operations, taking into account the parameters established for each of the species to be cultivated and determining the criteria to apply in their supervision. - Determine the actions in terms of organization and supervision of the collection and handling operations of the different species of saprophytic mushrooms, according to the previously prepared programming. - Establish the packaging and labeling criteria for different species of saprophytic mushrooms, specifying the key aspects of their organization and supervision. - Develop a program for organizing human resources in intensive saprobic mushroom cultivation operations, based on the established objectives and activities.
He develops his professional activity in the production area of companies, public and private, both self-employed and employed, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhizal plants and mushroom collection, following, where appropriate, instructions from the person responsible for production, and may be in charge of lower-level personnel.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1814_3 Management of Intensive Cultivation of Saprophytic Mushrooms, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
