Objectives

- Identify the most appropriate threads according to the raw materials used in warp knitted fabrics and the machines in which they can be used. - Analyze the conservation and storage conditions of the threads, as well as their conditioning for warp knitted fabrics appropriately. - Assemble the creel in order to prepare the warping. - Program the warper in order to obtain folders. - Weave the folders in order to obtain the loads from the machines. - Write down and record the technical information generated in the folder warping process.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF2594 Production of threads and warps for warp knitting machines, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
