Training aimed at delving into the world of nutrition and food technology, this course offers us an approach to the bases of dietetics and nutrition, applying them to the field of diet therapy, training the student to prepare diets in the different physiological states of the person, in addition to knowing the simple gastronomic offer and the different supply systems, and safety, hygiene and environmental protection.
