Correctly interpret the labels of foods that contain allergens. - Learn how we should face European Regulation 1169/2011. - Know the risks and obligations faced by companies in the sector that do not comply with said regulations. - Identify the main agents causing allergic emergencies. - Know the diagnostic tests used in allergy emergencies. - Define the most important allergic diseases - Identify the main drugs used in allergic emergencies.
