- Analyze biotechnology from its different fields of application, focusing to a greater extent on food biotechnology. - Know the different food biotechnology techniques and the main types of foods. - Perform biochemical analyzes for quantitative determinations, complying with the principles of good laboratory practices. - Evaluate the validity of the results obtained in the analyses, interpreting the records and reporting the results. - Know the HACCP system and its phases. - Acquire knowledge about proper cleaning and disinfection practices. - Participate in the preparation of materials and the regulation of specific packaging, conditioning and packaging equipment for food products, according to the requirements established in the work instructions.
