Objectives

- Acquire the skills necessary to perform teaching duties in a training center or private academy. - Acquire the pedagogical and didactic skills necessary for the design, planning, management and implementation of a Training Plan, both in the business field and in official Non-Regulated training. - Teach the functioning of the human body regarding sports training and proper nutrition. - That the student is capable of carrying out specific training and an appropriate diet, taking into account the different possible objectives. - Provide the student with general guidelines for the prevention and treatment of frequent injuries. - Offer basic knowledge of first aid in sports practice.

What it prepares you for

Obtain the TITLE OF TRAINER OF TRAINERS, which accredits you to be a teacher of training actions belonging to the FIP plan (Professional Occupational Training), as well as other official plans such as continuous training (FORCEM), Forintel, trade houses, workshop schools, etc... In addition, this course prepares students to be able to carry out specific training for each individual, according to the different objectives that may be demanded. Likewise, it offers knowledge to recommend appropriate diets.

This Personal Trainer course is aimed at all those Early Childhood Education Teachers, Primary Education, Secondary Education Teachers, Psychologists, Pedagogues, Psychopedagogues, etc. and, in general, any University Graduate interested in carrying out their professional work in the teaching field. All those professionals in the sports field, coaches, instructors, teachers... who want to expand their knowledge of their field of work or people who want to train in this highly in-demand professional area.

Double Degree: - Title of Permanent Training Course in Personal Trainer issued by the Miguel de Cervantes European University accredited with 8 University ECTS and Accredited by the SPANISH FITNESS FEDERATION (FEF) to which you will be able to access as a Federated Member receiving the corresponding Professional Card in Personal Trainer, in addition, once the training is completed, the student will become part of the Spanish Registry of Exercise Professionals (ESREPs) that includes exercise professionals, establishing a QUALITY STANDARD and a PROFESSIONAL REGISTER to guarantee safe and effective advice to clients who use fitness facilities by QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS. The Spanish Fitness Federation only accredits content related to physical activity; any mention of technical-tactical aspects is outside its powers and accreditation. - University Degree in Trainer of Trainers from the ANTONIO DE NEBRIJA UNIVERSITY with 5 ECTS University Credits. Course counted as merits for competitive examinations for access to the public teaching function in all CCs. AA., according to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan for teachers of the Antonio de Nebrija University.
