What it prepares you for

This course in Food Science and Technology prepares you to train in the world of nutrition and technologies of foods of animal origin, delving into very specific aspects of the technological processes used in the food industry. Through this Postgraduate Degree in Nutrition: Food Technology + University Degree in Food Safety (Double Degree + 5 ECTS Credits) the student will know in depth everything related to food safety. We will learn how good practices around cleaning and disinfection are carried out, as well as the keys to the implementation and maintenance of a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.

The course in Food Science and Technology is aimed at all students of the various degrees in which the study of food is contemplated, such as Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Food Science and Technology, and any graduate with general knowledge of chemistry, microbiology. In general, to those people who want to enter the world of food safety, as well as the composition of the HACCP system, whether they have prior knowledge about it or not.
