This Supertraining Sports Monitor Course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to develop the functions of a sports coach in the development of the training phases, taking into account their physical characteristics. In addition, the Course prepares you to gain in-depth knowledge of the field of sport and physical activity in relation to the fundamental aspects of supertraining, placing special emphasis on strength as the main protagonist of this methodology.
