Objectives

- Execute the basic and advanced movements and steps of aquatic fitness according to the most current styles, modalities and variants, in deep and shallow waters, with the technical mastery that allows them to be used as basic structural elements in the development of choreographic sequences-compositions. - Interpret and execute aquatic fitness choreographic sequences and compositions, either by imitation or from the interpretation of a documentary support, with the mastery, sense of rhythm and expressiveness required to explore and strengthen application resources in the autonomous creation of choreographic sequences and compositions. - Choose and use types and styles of musical support seeking their adequacy to the sequences and/or choreographic compositions of aquatic fitness, demonstrating artistic sensitivity and sufficient interpretative mastery for its reading and technical application. - Design sequences and choreographies based on the combination of basic and advanced movements characteristic of aquatic fitness in all its variants and related activities, according to the most current trends for use in programs and practical sessions of the same.

He develops his professional activity both in the public sphere, whether the General State Administration, regional or local administrations, as well as in private entities, whether large, medium or small companies that offer aquatic fitness, hydrokinesis, physical conditioning and body care services in the aquatic environment. Its activity takes place in conventional swimming pools, natural pools, water parks, SPA centers in: town halls, sports services companies, active tourism companies, tourism companies, hotels, camping, spas, camps, infrastructure maintenance and/or sports management companies, sports federations, sports-recreational and leisure clubs and associations, gyms, neighborhood communities, educational centers and related facilities.

What it prepares you for

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1663_3 Skills and Sequences of Aquatic Fitness, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as such as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
