- Develop a basic inventory program for mushrooms and truffles, for collecting mycotope data and for taking samples of the most common mushrooms and truffles, determining the criteria to apply in supervising the operations involved. - Describe the process of preparing the programming (calendar of daily activities, among others) of the operations necessary to carry out the basic inventory, data collection and samples of mushrooms and truffles, as well as the mycotope. - Describe the fungal species and their ecological requirements (relationship with vegetation, type of associated substrate, among others). - List the different parts and reports referring to the process, results and incidents of the basic inventory, data collection and samples of mushrooms and truffles, as well as the mycotope. - Describe the current applicable regulations, the occupational risk prevention plan, the manual of good environmental practices and the quality and economic profitability criteria in basic inventory operations, data collection and samples of mushrooms and truffles, as well as the mycotope.
In charge of mushroom and truffle cultivation, in charge of mycorrhizal plant production, in charge of mushroom and truffle collection and in charge of mycological exploitation.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the unit UF2302 Inventories of mycotopes, mushrooms and truffles, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which one will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities.
