Objectives

Develop in students those skills necessary to perform the functions of Basic Level Occupational Risk Prevention Technician. Acquire knowledge that allows students to identify, avoid, correct and prevent specific problems that may endanger the health and integrity of workers. Know the laws and regulations regarding occupational risk prevention based on the Occupational Risk Prevention Law. Analyze the different action plans, prevention and first aid techniques that favor or help overcome different risk situations. Make known the basic concepts and minimum requirements of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law. Identify and analyze the different risks that may arise in each of the phases and activities carried out within a given sector. Know the main rights and obligations that workers must assume in relation to risk prevention. Analyze, evaluate and study the different preventive measures, both at an individual and collective level, that must be used in the prevention of risks in the tasks and processes of the health sector, knowing the different actions that the prevention delegate must carry out.

What it prepares you for

This Delegate in Occupational Risk Prevention course will prepare you to understand the basic concepts of prevention and the different working conditions, as well as to act as a delegate in occupational risk prevention in any company nationwide in accordance with current legislation (all companies, organizations and institutions with more than 50 workers are required to have a delegate in occupational risk prevention for every 50 workers at least. All of this adapted to the regulations of the Junta de Andalucía, regulated in the Decree 26/2010.

This Occupational Risk Prevention Delegate course is for Occupational Risk Prevention technicians, professionals in the field of Human Resources, Entrepreneurs, union leaders, and in general all those professionals who wish to carry out a company's occupational risk prevention plan, as well as undertake the Official Duties of the Occupational Risk Prevention Delegate established by the Ministry of Industry (minimum 1 delegate in companies with less than 50 workers, 2 from 50 to 100, etc.).
