Objectives

Among the objectives of this online course we can highlight the following: - Know the anatomical and physiological bases of movement to apply them to characteristic bodybuilding and fitness exercises - Analyze the physiological responses to bodybuilding and fitness exercises - Carry out specific training and an appropriate diet, taking into account the different possible objectives. - Provide the student with general guidelines for the prevention and treatment of frequent injuries. - Offer basic knowledge of first aid in sports practice. - Know the basic regulations of different sports.

The Sports Coach part is Accredited by the ANTONIO DE NEBRIJA UNIVERSITY with 5 European University Credits (ECTS), being baremable in the job market and competition-competition of the Public Administration (Course approved for oppositions of the Ministry of Education, section 2.5, Royal Decree 276/2007).

This Fitness Instructor, Bodybuilding and Personal Trainer Course, open to competitive examinations, is aimed at all those people who want to direct their future work towards the sports sector, more specifically as a fitness, bodybuilding instructor and personal trainer. As well as for all those people who want to expand their professional knowledge in this field. Likewise, this online course is aimed at active professionals in this sector who are interested in completing or updating their knowledge, specializing in personal training and bodybuilding, while receiving an approved university degree that is eligible for competitive examinations and job boards.

Multiple Qualification: - Title of Permanent Training Course in Personal Trainer issued by the Miguel de Cervantes European University accredited with 8 University ECTS and Accredited by the SPANISH FITNESS FEDERATION (FEF) to which you will be able to access as a Federated person receiving a Personal Trainer title with a Federated Personal Trainer card, in addition to the Professional Certification in the Spanish Registry of Professionals of the Exercise (ESREPs). - University Degree in Sports Trainer with 5 ECTS University Credits and 125 hours from the Antonio de Nebrija University - Bodybuilding and Fitness Monitor Degree with 200 hours issued by EDUSPORT, a center specialized in sports training and Accredited by the SPANISH FITNESS FEDERATION (FEF) to which they will be able to access as a Federated Member, receiving the corresponding Professional Card. Furthermore, once the training is completed, the student will pass to be part of the Spanish Registry of Exercise Professionals (ESREPs) that includes exercise professionals, establishing a QUALITY STANDARD and a PROFESSIONAL REGISTRY to guarantee safe and effective advice to clients who use fitness facilities by QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS. The Spanish Fitness Federation only accredits content referring to physical activity, any mention of technical-tactical aspects is outside its powers and accreditation. - Course counting as merits for competitive examinations for access to the public teaching function in all CCs. AA., according to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan for teachers of the Antonio de Nebrija University.
