To talk about Web Accessibility is to talk about universal access to the Web, regardless of the type of hardware, software, network infrastructure, language, culture, geographic location and capabilities of the users. With this idea of accessibility, the Web Accessibility Initiative was born, known as WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative). This is an activity developed by the W3C, whose objective is to facilitate access for people with disabilities, developing accessibility guidelines, improving tools for the evaluation and repair of Web accessibility, carrying out educational and awareness-raising work in relation to the importance of accessible design of Web pages, and opening new fields in accessibility through research in this area. Furthermore, today web development is practically essential for any application, whether to launch a website publicly, or to work internally in an organization. A website gives us availability and accessibility at any time and from anywhere, with this course Master in Web Usability to face the development of an accessible web application.
