Objectives

- Organize heat assembly processes from the analysis of your technical documentation, to carry out your planning. - Operate with machining tools with welding equipment to manually mechanized, unions and adjustments of the different elements of heat facilities. - Locate machines and heat facilities equipment with their accessories, based on the plans and assembly instructions, with the appropriate quality and complying with the required regulations and safety standards. - Install accessories and interconnection elements of the different subsystems that integrate the heat facilities, in accordance with the required standards and regulations required, based on the technical documentation. - Perform the tuning prior to the commissioning of the heat facilities, identifying the necessary operations for its realization. - Describe the techniques and procedures to perform the tissue, fluid circulation, fuel pressure, combustion, extraction and ventilation in heat facilities. - Measure and adjust the levels of combustion gases (CO, CO2, H2O, NOX, SO2, SO3,), ensuring correct combustion. - Perform the commissioning of heat facilities, according to the established operation conditions. - Describe the process of commissioning a heat installation type

This professional works as an autonomous or integrates into companies, either from the public or private sectors, dedicated to the assembly and/or maintenance of heat facilities that use air, water, steam and other fluids as calo-porters and conventional energy sources (solar, electric, combustion, among others).
