- Analyze the voluntary mediation service as an option when managing conflicts. - Schedule and execute workshops and social communication activities taking into account the context of application. - Identify and create meeting spaces that facilitate relationships between individuals, groups and different entities. - Design and energize meeting activities that enhance positive communication relationships between social agents. - Record and analyze the characteristics of the conflict, assessing the willingness of the parties involved to participate in the intervention process. - Guide and evaluate whether the conflict is susceptible to going through a mediation process or whether it needs to be referred to other existing services in the community. - Refer to other citizen services competent in mediation, such as: family, criminal or labor mediation services, if the nature of the conflict requires it to adapt the action to the detected need. - Select and apply the models and techniques appropriate to the characteristics of the situation you wish to address. - Carry out the mediation process with the parties involved in the conflict, taking into account their interests. - Present the reality of the conflict and its resolution in the school environment for cultural reasons. - Describe the reality of intercultural mediation in the school environment and its procedural nature. - Present the figure of the mediator and his or her powers.
