What it prepares you for

The Yoga from Physiotherapy course prepares you to use yoga as an effective therapeutic tool, providing you with the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt and program yoga instruction according to the individual needs of the practitioners. At the end of the course, you will be trained to integrate asana, pranayama and meditation techniques into therapeutic sequences.

This course is aimed exclusively at Diplomas or Graduates in Physiotherapy according to Law 44/2003, of November 21, on the regulation of health professions.

Among the material delivered in this course is attached a document called the Student Guide where a schedule of telephone tutorials appears and an e-mail address where you can send your queries, doubts and exercises. You will also receive the teaching materials included in the course so that you can consult them at any time and keep them once the course is finished. The methodology to follow is to advance along the online learning itinerary, which has a series of topics and exercises. For evaluation, the student must complete all the exercises proposed in the course. The qualification will be sent to the student by mail once it has been verified that he or she has completed the learning itinerary satisfactorily.
