Once you have studied the course, you will see the differences between Waijia and Neijia, in addition to their history and lineage. Within the combat techniques, the fundamentals of the basic movements will be seen both in hand technique (fist or punch, palm, elbow, shoulder) as well as in foot techniques and the basic position of the head and body.
