- Analyze the administrative processes for room reservations and other accommodation services. - Recognize different commercial communication strategies suitable for tourism service companies for their application in the marketing plan. - Develop collection and billing management processes. - Analyze the security service of lodging establishments. - Apply communication and customer service techniques and skills commonly used in tourist establishments. - Analyze organizational and functional structures typical of different types of accommodation and their environment of internal and external relations. - Analyze the methods for defining jobs and selecting appropriate personnel for accommodation areas and departments. - Analyze the management function of personnel integration. - Analyze and use personnel management techniques applicable in departments in the accommodation area. - Evaluate the results of the data obtained during the control processes of products or services in the hospitality and tourism sector. - Interpret oral messages of medium complexity in English, expressed by clients and suppliers at normal speed in the field of tourism activity, with the aim of providing an adequate service, achieving customer satisfaction, materializing sales and exchanging information with other professionals in their field.

What it prepares you for

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Professional Certificate HOTA0308 Reception in Accommodation, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself. (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
