Market research is a tool used by the company's marketing department and management, which consists of the collection and analysis of information about any situation and behavior of a product or service in the market and which constitutes an essential element of help in decision making. Its purpose is for the manager to have all the data necessary to adopt a marketing strategy or develop a specific tactic or action, as well as to monitor them. This course will equip the student to be able to intervene in the organization and supervision of obtaining information, through different media or information and communication technologies, coordinating and controlling or conducting surveys/interviews and collaborating in the presentation of market research conclusions for decision-making in organizations.
