Objectives
- Define the process of assessment and monitoring of the intervention, involving those involved in it. - Carry out the assessment of the mediation process and its results by the different agents who have participated in the process. - Monitor and evaluate the mediation process based on the previous design to check the adequacy of what was programmed. - Offer instruments to the work team to incorporate mediation methods in their program and project planning.
Career opportunities
It develops its activity in the programming and organization, and implementation of prevention and care activities for groups, groups and individuals for the alternative management of conflicts, preventing their appearance, as well as, once they exist, reaching satisfactory agreements for the parties involved through a mediation process. It carries out its work in the citizen services sector, in public and private institutions, with or without profit motive, mainly of a local or regional nature.
What it prepares you for
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1041_3 Assessment, Monitoring and Dissemination of Mediation Actions, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities.
