- Program and design workshops and cultural activities within the framework of tourist and recreational activity establishments, identifying and relating the cultural resources present in different environments with their possibilities of incorporation into tourist and recreational entertainment programs. - Select and organize material resources and spaces to carry out cultural and recreational activities, according to the characteristics and needs of the participants and the objectives proposed in the project or program. - Direct and energize cultural workshops and activities within the framework of tourist and recreational activity establishments, in the terms provided in their programming and resolving any incidents that may arise - Evaluate the development of cultural workshops and activities within the framework of tourist and recreational activity establishments and their results, to know the level of satisfaction of the participants and the degree of compliance with the planned objectives. - Participate in the design of socio-cultural activities, activity promotion campaigns, work coordination and supervision of the activities carried out. - Acquire all the knowledge, procedures and attitudes to work as a sociocultural monitor-animator.
