- Define tooling tools for sheet metal processing, based on the capacities of the presses and production requirements, complying with the Occupational Risk Prevention and Environmental standards. - Analyze the physical, chemical, mechanical and technological properties of metallic and non-metallic materials used in sheet metal processing tools and the treatments for modifying said properties.
Carry out their activity in functions of preparing machines or systems for machining by abrasion, EDM and related procedures (cylindrical grinding machine, flat grinding machine, EDM by penetration, EDM by wire and similar, etc.), as well as the execution of machining on conventional or CNC machines.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF0579 Useful for sheet metal processing, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as your own. Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
