Objectives
- Apply administration procedures of the performance management tool or system in order to collect, process and store quality metrics and statistical counters of communications equipment, according to given technical and functional specifications. - Apply filtering and information extraction procedures using query languages and specific tools provided by the performance management system, to generate statistics that evaluate the level of quality of the services.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF1861 Administration of the performance management system, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself.
