Objectives

- Prevent occupational and environmental risks involved in the repair operations of fiber reinforced plastic elements and specify the applicable standards. - Sanitize deteriorated fiber-reinforced plastic elements of boats, after assessing the damage, following established procedures and applying the required techniques. - Apply lamination techniques to restore the structural conditions of fiber-reinforced plastic elements of diverse vessel morphology, previously cleaned, and using the necessary equipment and technical means. - Perform priming, caulking and sanding operations to restore the original shapes of a damaged piece of fiber reinforced plastic from boats with the required levels of finishes. - Carry out recovery and protection operations of the livework of vessels affected by osmosis, after assessing the damaged areas, following established procedures. - Carry out repair operations for damages in the gel-coat layer of boats, applying the techniques that allow achieving a quality finish and using the necessary equipment and technical means.
