This training prepares you for the development of the techniques and procedures necessary to carry out appraisals of works of art, specifically those works of ceramics, sculptures and paintings, in addition to establishing the basic principles of action that should govern the good work of every appraiser. It also prepares you to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an Expert in the courts and Tribunals of Justice, especially in the civil and criminal field. With this Appraisal Expert Course in Works of Art you will be able to exercise before demands from Individuals and Companies, Administration and Justice. At the end of the course, the student will obtain a Diploma that will allow him or her to register as a Professional Associate in ASPEJURE and be able to practice in the Courts and Tribunals. It is a course suitable for access to the Court Lists.

The Appraisal Expert Course in Works of Art is aimed at doctors and graduates in philosophy and literature and sciences, and/or university graduates in the subject matter of the course, and in the event that the subject is not included in any professional title, it is also aimed at any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts, tribunals of justice, especially in the criminal and civil fields. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its Article 340.1: Experts must have the official title that corresponds to the subject matter of the opinion and its nature. If these are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they must be appointed from people knowledgeable in those subjects.
