This knowledge can be applied in areas related to specialized social services as well as in the areas of education, health, immigration or as a rural agent. The notions acquired through this course qualify for social intervention in any of these areas related to women, as well as work with public equality policies that favor the achievement of real and effective equality. It allows you to develop professional work in the private sphere, developing equality plans recognized and justified by law, as well as in NGOs dedicated to providing social services to women.

What it prepares you for

This course prepares equal opportunity professionals for direct or transversal intervention with women, with the aim of enhancing their social position and promoting their empowerment. It provides a historical vision of the feminist vision and contextualizes the feminist movements that have emerged throughout history, understanding their causes and characteristics. It prepares the equality agent for the development of equality plans in the workplace, and also includes the main equality policies that are carried out. You will know the skills that equality agents must have, and you will learn what the intervention protocol with women is carried out by Social Services.
