Higher Course in Legal Controller

With the reform of Organic Law 5/2010, criminal liability of legal entities is introduced. Along with this, a new profession emerges that aims to guarantee compliance with current criminal regulations through the implementation and compliance of crime prevention systems and thus achieve the conviction of the Society. At INESEM, you will study the functions and measures to be implemented by the Legal Controller, as well as the typical crimes of Legal Entities. In addition, you will learn to evaluate the risks and carry out the necessary controls for the correct management of the entity in accordance with the law.
