- Know the functions, procedures, techniques and instruments of the Judicial Expertise - Know the different types of Expertise that we can find - Interpret the mediation system and its importance in the involvement of those affected - Use and employ the technical means of protection, both active and passive, as well as the operation and organization of the alarm control center and liaison with the Security Forces and Bodies. - Recognize the threats of explosives, fires and other contingencies. -Check, by applying established procedures, whether or not people are authorized to access protected facilities. -Acquire a high level of response in the handling of regulatory weapons. -Analyze and participate in training programs that adjust to a given objective of physical and technical maintenance of the motor skills of progression required for the exercise of surveillance functions, making combined use of sports facilities and urban parks.

Article 335.1 of the LEC (Law 1/2000, of January 7, on Civil Procedure) refers to this figure and establishes that: “When scientific, artistic, technical or practical knowledge is necessary to assess relevant facts or circumstances in the matter or acquire certainty about them, the parties could contribute to the process the opinion of experts who possess the corresponding knowledge…” With this Judicial Expert Course you will be able to practice before demands from Individuals and Companies, Administration and Justice. At the end of the course, the student will obtain a Diploma that will allow him or her to register as a Professional Associate in ASPEJURE and be able to practice in the Courts and Tribunals. It is a course suitable for access to the Court Lists.

This course on Judicial Expert in Weapons and Shooting is aimed at university graduates in the subject matter of the course, and in the event that the subject is not included in any professional title, it is also aimed at any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts, tribunals of justice, especially in the criminal and civil fields, in situations with weapons. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its Article 340.1: The experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject matter of the opinion and its nature. If these are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they must be appointed from people knowledgeable in those subjects.
