The configuration of Legal Psychology is based as a specialty that develops a broad and specific scope between the relationships in the world of Law and Psychology both in its theoretical, explanatory and research aspects, as well as in its application, evaluation and treatment. It includes the study, explanation, promotion, evaluation, prevention and, where appropriate, advice and/or treatment of those psychological, behavioral and relational phenomena that affect the legal behavior of people, through the use of methods specific to Scientific Psychology and therefore covering different areas and levels of study and intervention. This course will cover both Legal and Penitentiary Psychology. This Judicial Expert Course contains everything necessary to be able to practice as a Judicial Expert, successfully developing this activity. Furthermore, once you have obtained the diploma, you will be able to process registration in the Courts that you designate. What it prepares you for

This course prepares you to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as Experts in the Courts and Tribunals of Justice, especially in the criminal field, and also to work in the Technical Teams of Prisons. With this Judicial Expert Course you will be able to practice before demands from Individuals and Companies, Administration and Justice. At the end of the course, the student will obtain a Diploma that will allow him or her to register as a Professional Associate in ASPEJURE and be able to practice in the Courts and Tribunals. It is a course suitable for access to the Court Lists.

This course is aimed at psychologists and/or university graduates in the subject matter of the course, and in the event that the subject is not included in any professional title, it is also aimed at any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts and tribunals, especially in the criminal and civil fields. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its Article 340.1: Experts must have the official title that corresponds to the subject matter of the opinion and its nature. If these are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they must be appointed from people knowledgeable in those subjects.
