This Master in Public Management and Institutional Leadership will facilitate the achievement of the following established objectives: - Know the business organization models. - Know leadership and team building. - Learn to develop leadership skills. Know the fundamental bases of public speaking Know how to prepare a speech Know the techniques for speaking in public Have resources to face the public and come out unscathed - Apply teamwork and work motivation techniques. - Learn to organize effective work meetings. - Know the importance of management and leadership style in achieving business objectives. - Know the mechanisms that underlie organizational change and resistance to change. - Differentiate between group and work team. - Know the concept of a project, its characteristics and the different types that exist, as well as analyze the possible causes of failure in the management of a project. - Know the necessary requirements to carry out correct management of a project's documentation. - Understand the importance of correct application of management styles to achieve professional and business objectives, through the development of human capital. - Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful manager. - Apply, in the most significant cases, the legislation on human resources for the preparation and processing of standard files. - Apply administrative procedures related to the selection, training and promotion of human resources in accordance with current legislation. - Analyze current regulations on the hiring of human resources in Public Administrations for civil servants and labor personnel - Prepare payrolls applying current legislation and using computer applications for payroll management and social insurance - Analyze administrative, labor, union and fiscal regulations in the different areas of action in the administration, management and control of Human Resources in Public Administrations - Carry out administrative procedures derived from the application of legislation for the prevention of occupational risks in Public Administrations. - Analyze the legal system emanating from the Constitution and the Statutes of autonomy, as well as the sources of the Law Administrative. - Analyze the organization of the State and Public Administrations, established in the Constitution, as well as that of the institutions of the European Union, through the corresponding regulations. - Apply legislation on budgetary and contractual matters for the preparation and processing of contracting and budget execution files. - Carry out accounting operations of an Administrative Unit, in accordance with the General Public Accounting Plan and using the corresponding computer application. - Analyze the administrative tasks linked to economic and budgetary management in Public Administrations Provide the student in a quick and easy way with all the basic knowledge of occupational health and risk prevention existing in the public administration sector, as well as the possible damages that may arise from them.
With this training in Public Management and Institutional Leadership, you will expand your knowledge in business management and administration. Likewise, it will train you to carry out your work as a coach, department head, director and member of the human resources team.
