Objectives

The overall objective of the Master is for the student to be able to develop an adequate CSR strategy in the company, leading and coordinating transversal practices, so that the company can advance in its responsibility and have a positive impact on it. This global objective is achieved through the following partial objectives: - Understand the context of CSR and its application to the company, leading the CSR strategy. - Plan the CSR strategy and management and thus achieve systematic objectives. - Know the relationship between Governance and CSR to align their principles. - Consider and organize actions related to the social dimension of CSR, seeking to advance the performance of human rights, find new market niches and evolve the market towards sustainability. - Reflect on the environmental actions developed or to be developed in the company for their integration into the sustainability strategy. - Communicate the impact of the activity responsibly and in an organized manner to highlight good practices

What it prepares you for

Prepared by professionals with extensive experience in CSR in the sector, through this Master's degree the student will acquire the necessary skills with which to establish, direct and achieve strategic CSR objectives, which will have a positive impact on the company in economic, labor, social, environmental and reputational terms.

The Master is aimed at future CSR and/or Sustainability Directors. Likewise, it will guarantee the skills of other professionals in the construction sector who are going to assume or have assumed social responsibility functions in the company.

With our online learning methodology, the student begins his journey through a virtual campus designed exclusively to develop the training itinerary with the aim of improving his professional profile. The student must advance autonomously throughout the different teaching units as well as carry out the corresponding activities and self-assessments.
The load of hours of the training action includes the different activities that the student carries out throughout their itinerary. The hours of telelearning carried out on the Virtual Campus are complemented by the student's autonomous work, communication with the teacher, complementary activities and readings, and the research and creation work associated with the projects.
To obtain the degree, the student must pass all self-assessments and exams and view at least 75% of the contents of the platform. The Final Project is carried out after finishing the theoretical-practical content on Campus. Finally, it is necessary to notify the completion of the Master from the platform to begin the issuance of the degree.
