Objectives
- Analyze and describe the manufacturing processes of tempered and curved glass products, relating the techniques and procedures present in them with the input products, the manufacturing processes, the facilities, equipment, machines, fixtures and tools, the process variables and the parameters that must be controlled and the output products. - Analyze the equipment and facilities for the automatic manufacture of tempered and curved glass, relating its characteristics and performance to its function in the process, and describe its constitution and operation. - Produce tempered or curved glass products operating with industrial equipment and facilities following technical instructions. - Identify and describe the risks derived from tempering and bending operations, and indicate the preventive measures that must be adopted. - Analyze and describe the manufacturing processes of laminated glass products, relating the techniques and procedures present in them with the input products, the manufacturing processes, the facilities, equipment, machines, fixtures and tools, the process variables and the parameters that must be controlled and the output products. - Analyze the equipment and facilities for the automatic manufacture of laminated glass, relating its characteristics and performance to its function in the process, and describe its constitution and operation. - Produce laminated glass products operating with industrial equipment and facilities following technical instructions. - Identify and describe the risks derived from glass laminating operations, and indicate the preventive measures that must be adopted.
