- Analyze the power elements (actuators), normally used in electro-pneumatic-hydraulic automation, in order to determine their behavior. - Analyze the different sensors used in the detection of the different parameters related to manufacturing (speed, power, force, space, time, temperature,...) for use in automation. - Analyze the possible control solutions (pneumatic, electric, hydraulic) of the different actuators used in manufacturing, for use in automation.

Career opportunities

Carry out their activity in functions of preparing machines or systems for machining by abrasion, EDM and related procedures (cylindrical grinding machine, flat grinding machine, EDM by penetration, EDM by wire and similar, etc.), as well as the execution of machining on conventional or CNC machines.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF0451 Electro-pneumatic-hydraulic automatisms in mechanical manufacturing products, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
