Some of the main objectives of this package of approved courses for teachers are: - Describe and contextualize different concepts related to Tutoring and School Guidance. - Analyze the different organizational and functional models of Educational Guidance. - Identify both the Guidance Departments, as well as the Educational and Psychopedagogical Guidance Teams. - Value Educational Guidance as a basic responsibility and activity in education. - Understand the meaning of tutoring as a fundamental element in the teaching function. - Analyze the instruments and different tutorial action techniques. - Acquire knowledge about the organization of Special Education, as well as Individualized Psychopedagogical Guidance for Students and Vocational-Professional Guidance. - Organize the Orientation and Tutorial Action Plan (POAT). - Know the concept of organization and apply it to the School Organization of educational centers. - Know what organizational theories can be found in educational centers, perspectives or paradigms in organization. - Apply in the educational center the structure of the educational system established by current legislation. - Know the metaphors and models of the educational center. - Prepare an Educational Project taking into account the characteristics of the educational center and the context in which it is involved. - Delve into the elements that are part of the school organization such as management, teachers, students, school space and time. - Know what the educational inspection consists of and how the evaluation of schools is carried out. - Know the regulatory framework on Education. - Correctly manage all the resources of the educational center. - Organize both teachers and students. - Know the school environment in today's society. - Apply direction in educational centers.
