The work philosophy is based on the understanding of behavioral concepts and techniques, as well as their correct application in the world of work. As a result of the established objectives, the student will be able to contribute to the competitiveness of companies by promoting the introduction of control and emotional intelligence techniques, ensuring the adaptation of workers to the changes produced. Finally, highlight the importance of the idea that the student must internalize, as it is a job or task of direct congruence with people, the qualities of empathy, responsibility and management capacity must be essential in the person who embodies the profile in question, therefore this is one of the objectives of the most abstract course but at the same time completely integrated into the content. - Deepen the understanding of the concept of stress, its origin and history, as well as the main theories that explain it and recognize the main causes of stress, the stressful situations that most likely occur as well as the most common stressors. - Acquire knowledge to carry out prevention and intervention actions in situations of stress and anxiety, both individually and collectively. - Recognize the impact and great influence of attitudes, beliefs and behaviors based on the principles of emotional intelligence on a subject's work success and quality of life. - Delimit the theoretical framework of emotional intelligence, analyzing the concepts that are considered key to understanding emotional intelligence and its implications in a person's life. - Acquire theoretical knowledge that helps to assume that emotions are present throughout life and that good management of these emotions will favor the achievement of goals and objectives that the person wants to achieve.
