UF0459 Course assembly and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic systems Team goods and industrial machines

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the assembly and implementation of equipment and industrial machinery. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the assembly and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic systems of equipment and industrial machines.

- Analyze, from its technical documentation, the operation and constitution of the pneumatic, hydraulic circuits, employees in equipment and industrial machinery. - Measure the fundamental physical, tire and hydraulic and material physical magnitudes and the materials used in them, using the specific instruments for each case, acting under personal safety standards. - Diagnose breakdowns or anomalies located in mechanisms, hydraulic circuits, equipment tires, industrial machinery and materials used in them, identifying the nature of the breakdown or anomaly, acting under personal safety standards. - Mount/disassemble hydraulic circuits, tires of equipment and industrial machinery, based on your technical documentation, acting under personal and environmental safety standards.

It develops its activity in the areas of assembly and installation of machinery and industrial equipment. You can also develop the activity in the Technical Assistance Services (SAT) of equipment manufacturing companies and tools. In medium and large companies, it usually depends on a superior technician and can have a group of operators under their responsibility.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0459 assembly and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic systems team and industrial machines certifying having exceeded the different units of competition included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professional. The respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of mechanical manufacturing and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the assembly and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic systems team and industrial machines.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
