- Interpret and select the technical information necessary for the control of production in furniture industries and process the standard documentation required for its distribution. - Set up the machines involved in the process, carrying out the necessary cleaning, adjustments and format changes. - Control the cutting, machining, sanding and finishing operations in the furniture manufacturing production process, the management of available equipment and the storage of finished products. - Analyze the automated manufacturing systems and processes used in the wood, furniture and cork industries, relating the different phases to the materials, machines, facilities and output products. - Describe the equipment – complex machines, machine chains, numerical control – and basic characteristics – features, limitations, advantages, disadvantages – of a flexible manufacturing workshop. - Analyze methods and develop procedures for the control of the means of production in wood, furniture and cork industries, which ensure their implementation. - Prepare and explain an inspection, preparation and fine-tuning sheet for machines and equipment, collecting the necessary data – tool placement, parameters, loading of materials.

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Professional Certificate UF1400 Analysis and control of manufacturing processes in wood and furniture industries, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, a route through which one will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities.
