UF1784 COURSE International negotiation and hiring

In the field of the world of trade and marketing it is necessary to know the different fields in international negotiation and sale, within the professional area of marketing and public relations. Thus, the following course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for international negotiation and hiring.

- Interpret the usual regulations and uses that regulate international purchase and sale operations. - Prepare the pre -contract and/or contract associated with international sale operations and international tender contests or processes in accordance with regular regulations and uses in international trade. - Apply adequate negotiation techniques in determining the conditions of international purchase and sale operations. - Apply adequate communication techniques in the preparation and development of international commercial relations.

It develops its professional activity, on behalf of others and own, in the Export and Import Department of any company, in intermediary companies of international trade such as traffic agencies, commercial agencies, customs agencies, commercial advisory companies, importers, exporters, distributors-commercializers, associations, institutions, and other governmental and non-governmental organizations that make international transactions.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF1784 International Negotiation and Contracting, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of trade and marketing, specifically in international marketing and sale, within the professional area of marketing and public relations, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to international means of payment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
