- Communicate with the client to obtain information about their needs and expectations and offer them the company's services, adapting them to their characteristics. - Observe the anatomical-physiological characteristics of the client and their style to select aesthetic services and serve them according to their demands and needs. - Assist the client during the aesthetic services provided in the salon. - Apply first aid techniques in the event of possible emergency situations that may occur during the application of aesthetic services. - Evaluate the quality of the process and the result of aesthetic hygiene, hair removal and makeup services. - Perform aesthetic massage techniques applied to facial and body hygiene processes. - Apply aesthetic techniques of deep cleansing and facial and body hydration, in optimal conditions of safety and hygiene. - Assess the quality of the final result of the hygiene and hydration processes, informing and advising the client on the necessary measures to optimally maintain the results obtained. - Analyze the characteristics of the hair and the area to select the most appropriate hair removal or bleaching technique. - Select and prepare the cosmetics, materials and devices necessary to perform mechanical hair removal and the technique of bleaching facial and body hair. - Apply client preparation and accommodation techniques based on the waxing or bleaching service requested. - Evaluate the processes and results of mechanical hair removal and hair bleaching techniques to improve service delivery. - Identify and classify the morphology of the face and its parts and chromatic characteristics, to apply the necessary correction techniques to each case. - Prepare the cosmetics, tools and materials necessary to carry out social makeup techniques and styles, observing the appropriate safety, hygiene, disinfection and sterilization standards. - Perform personalized social makeup according to different styles and finishes. - Advise the client on aspects that enhance their image. - Obtain demand for the customer's product or service, using appropriate promotional actions and appropriate sales techniques, within the margins of commercial action established in the company. - Carry out monitoring and post-sales processes that improve the effectiveness of sales and service provision actions. - Attend and resolve, within the framework of its responsibility, claims presented by clients, according to the criteria and procedures established by the company.
