- Define the different most common access, circulation and evacuation systems and protocols in the different types of sports facilities and identify possible architectural barriers and the means to eliminate them in order to facilitate the movement and use of the facilities by users who have limitations in their personal autonomy and minors. - Carry out control functions in the access, circulation and evacuation of a sports facility, assisting users in the different incidents that may occur, and reporting them to the senior manager, to guarantee the safety of the users and the quality of the service. - Apply collection and payment procedures, after identifying the requirements and supporting documents for the operations in relation to the issuers and receivers, performing the necessary calculations to ensure the accuracy of said operation in accordance with the reference amount. - Apply reception and information techniques to different types of users, in accordance with the guidelines of the sports entity, respecting the slogans of personal image, attention, treatment and service provided. - Apply accompaniment and assistance techniques to users in the area of ​​specific activities adapted to their capabilities and degree of personal autonomy, guaranteeing their participation and safety, in accordance with the protocol established by the entity or by the senior manager.
