Objectives

- Analyze the regulations applicable to the Spanish tax system, identifying the main tax figures and elements. - Apply direct, telematic and telephone communication techniques and procedures in situations of information, attention, guidance and tax assistance to taxpayers. - Apply techniques for processing and resolving requests, suggestions, queries, complaints and claims in the tax field, identifying their origin and nature. - Use specific computer applications to monitor the processing status of tax procedures, distinguishing the actions to be carried out and their deadlines. - Apply tax documentation registration procedures, distinguishing the different models based on their nature and purpose, and identifying the Administrative Units to which their processing corresponds in each case. - Analyze, based on a given fiscal profile, the different alternatives for taxation in Personal Income Tax and VAT of economic activities and returns, differentiating the different application regimes and their formal and material obligations. - Apply the techniques of the state, regional and local tax settlement procedure based on their own characteristics, analyzing the applicable regulations and carrying out the appropriate calculations. - Use computer applications to complete declarations and self-assessments, recognizing the different concepts that constitute a declaration or self-assessment.
