- Obtain the necessary information for the manufacture of aerospace elements of composite material contained in the technical documentation. -: Apply the quality standards corresponding to the manufacturing process of aerospace elements made of composite material. - Apply occupational risk prevention and environmental protection standards in each phase of the manufacturing process of aerospace elements made of composite material. - Obtain the necessary information to collect, manipulate and store the raw materials involved in the manufacture of aerospace elements made of composite material, analyzing the technical documentation. - Prepare tools for the manufacture of aerospace elements from the technical documentation, complying with quality standards, prevention of occupational risks and environmental protection. - Apply manual or semi-automatic cutting techniques in composite materials to obtain preforms or kits of prepreg materials, complying with quality standards, prevention of occupational risks and environmental protection. - Stack aerospace preforms of composite material or other components, to obtain the required element, following the technical documentation and complying with quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Prepare vacuum bags of elementary, or aerospace components, of composite material, based on the technical documentation, complying with quality standards, prevention of occupational risks and environmental protection. - Obtain aerospace elements through the forming process starting from flat laminates, taking into account quality standards, prevention of occupational risks and environmental protection. - Execute the preform assembly operations necessary to obtain aerospace assemblies, operating specific tools and equipment and complying with quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Obtain aerospace elements through resin injection, taking into account quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Identify the integration processes of aerospace elements of composite material by manual lamination, taking into account the technical documentation and complying with quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Correct defects in elements, or components, of non-conforming composite material aerospace structures based on the technical documentation, acting under quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection.
He carries out his professional activity, both self-employed and employed, in small and medium-sized companies, both public and private, dedicated to the manufacture of aerospace elements with composite materials and the correction of defects, depending, where appropriate, functionally and hierarchically on a superior and may be in charge of lower-level personnel.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1845_2 Manufacture of aerospace elements of composite material by manual molding, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
