Objectives

The objectives to be achieved by taking this English for International Trade Course are the following: - Interpret the information, lines and arguments of an oral speech in English, formal and informal, in person and broadcast, of a defined international commercial operation. - Interpret data and specific information from different documents, commercial reports and international trade information sources written in English, extracting relevant information for the export and/or import of goods/services. - Produce complex oral messages in English with fluency, detail and clarity, in typical international trade situations. - Interact orally, in English, fluently and spontaneously, with one and at least two interlocutors, expressing diverse opinions, in different situations, formal and informal, typical of international trade: visits to fairs, management and negotiation of operations with clients/suppliers.
