- Determine the phases of the high-performance machining process in multitasking turning and milling machines based on the requirements of the product to be manufactured that enable manufacturing with the required quality, and depending on the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Develop high-performance machining processes on multitasking turning and milling machines based on technical documentation and ensuring the possibility of manufacturing with the required quality. - Develop CAM/CNC programs to obtain parts by high-performance machining on turning/milling machines based on the manufacturing process and technical information, or from a computer file that contains the graphic information of the part. - Carry out, with specific computer applications, simulation operations of CAM programs to obtain parts by high-performance machining on multitasking turning and milling machines.
He develops his professional activity in the areas of planning and production of large, medium or small companies, public and private, both self-employed and employed, dedicated to high-speed, high-performance machining manufacturing, and may be in charge of lower-level personnel.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF2046 Planning of high-performance machining in multi-task turning and milling machines, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
