MF0630-2 course suspension systems, brakes and fluid circuits

In the field of transport and maintenance of vehicles, it is necessary to know the different fields of the maintenance of the mechanical systems of railway rolling material, within the professional area of the railroad and cable. Thus, this course is intended to provide knowledge about suspension systems, brakes and fluid circuits.

- Describe the behavior of the different hydraulic and pneumatic elements, used in the systems of railway rolling material to achieve its proper functioning. - Make assemblies of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits in panel, using the required elements. - Analyze the operation of the brake systems of railway rolling material to identify their correct operation. - Identify the faults (causes and effects) in the brake systems of the railway rolling vehicles using appropriate diagnostic equipment, means and techniques. - Operate right with the specific media, equipment, tools and tools to perform maintenance in the brake systems of railway rolling material. - Describe the behavior of the different elements of auxiliary pneumatic circuits (actuation of doors, mirrors, among others) used in the systems of railway rolling material to achieve their correct operation. - Make assemblies of auxiliary pneumatic circuits (actuation of doors, mirrors, among others) in panel, using the required elements. - Analyze the operation of the suspension systems (docks, shock absorbers, pneumatic spring) of railway rolling material. - Identify the breakdowns (causes and effects) in the suspension systems and auxiliary pneumatic systems of the appropriate railways using appropriate diagnostic equipment, means and techniques. - Operate deamstically with the media, equipment, tools and specific tools to perform maintenance in suspension systems and auxiliary pneumatic systems of railway rolling material. - Analyze the prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of the manipulation of the facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies of the sector - Act according to the security plan using the prevention and safety measures of the company. - Apply the environmental and recycling protection measures of the company.

It exercises its professional activity on behalf of others, in maintenance companies of railway rolling material, in the areas of mechanics, pneumatic and hydraulic.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0630_2 training module, suspension systems, brakes and fluid circuits, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the field of vehicle transport and maintenance, more specifically those linked to the maintenance of mechanical systems of railway rolling material, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to suspension systems, brakes and fluid circuits.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
